TRA QUE VILLAGE HOI AN

The most unspoilt village of Hoi An, Tra Que is like a little paradise on earth. Layed between two rivers and small ponds for fish farming, this place is the symbol of a green will of local authorities. No car, few scooters and an exemplary cleanliness, it is small area away from the noise and pollution.

No chemical fertilizers, in Tra Que, they use freshwater algae that are meticulously placed in the soil. Every day, locals are sailing on small boats to collect algae and bring them into their small plots. 26 herbs are grown and the best restaurants and hotels in Hoi An come here for their daily shopping.
